As a local business here in San Antonio, we know the unique challenges our clients face because we live here and eat here. We know which restaurants are healthier than others and the types of foods that are becoming a real problem, such as typical Mexican or South Texas fried fare. We have been to and have worked for some of the largest corporate campuses and know the food choices that are available and the unique challenges their employees face with stress. As a result, we work with each of our clients to design a customized meal and exercise plan that fits their life goals. Next, we guide and motivate them during one on one sessions that give individualized attention and feedback. We strongly believe that people need one-on-one attention to achieve the best results and to maintain their weight long term.

In fact, we train them through our nutrition classes and take them to the grocery store to discuss healthy shopping options.
